1. Thirst. Try taking more water during this time. Increasing water supply for body helps loosing weight while taking IBS course.
2. Faster heart beating and pulse, dizziness. Usually happens at the beginning and disappears completely after first week of course taking. May be removed by eating sweet things such as candies, honey, syrup, fruit juices.
3. Constipation. Can be easily avoided by taking more fruits and vegetables such as cabbage, green salad, apples, celery, and oatmeal.
